Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Party Staff Hire ("we", "us") collects when you join our waitlist and what we do with it. A fuller policy will apply when the booking service launches.

What we collect

The details you enter on the waitlist form: first and last name, email address, state, optional city or suburb, whether you are hiring or event staff, the roles or event types you selected, and the page you signed up from. We also record the date and time of sign-up.

Why we collect it

To email you about our launch, to work out which locations and roles to open first, and to invite staff to set up profiles. We do not sell your information.

Who can see it

Our team, and Google, which hosts the spreadsheet and email service we use to store sign-ups and send you emails. We will not share it with other third parties unless the law requires.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until twelve months after launch, whichever comes first.

Age

Our service is for adults. You must be 18 or over to join the waitlist.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe, at any time by emailing hello@partystaffhire.com. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. If you are unhappy with how we handle a complaint, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
